This course will introduce you to the concepts of a fixed mindset and a growth mindset, describe the difference between these two mindsets, and discuss how to work toward a growth mindset. The content of the course is based primarily on the summary and review of a fascinating book Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Dr. Carol Dweck, a world-renowned psychologist at Stanford University. By understanding, adapting, and shifting your mindset, you can expand your career, decrease your stress and become more resilient to life’s challenges. The knowledge you gain through this course will help you excel in both your professional and personal life. At the end of this course, there will be a multiple-choice, open-book quiz, which is designed to enhance your understanding of the course material.
