“Do I need to have a personal mission statement? What is the essence of the win-win approach?” As a licensed professional, you ought to ask yourself these questions at least once in your life. This course will help you recognize the importance of identifying your personal values in your mission statement and of acquiring the habits of thinking about creative cooperation in your interpersonal life. The course is partially based on a book entitled "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey, which is still on the bestseller lists, almost three decades after it was first published. In addition to Covey's 7 habits, we will explore other habits that set certain engineers apart from the rest. This course includes a multiple-choice quiz at the end, which is designed to enhance the understanding of course materials.
