Course Outline
Starting from our formative years, our teachers, parents, and mentors, expect the best work from us. For many people, these high expectations push them into becoming perfectionists. Though perfectionists often produce great work, it can come at an even greater cost of health and security. This course is designed to help you understand who a perfectionist is, and if you are one, how you can change who you are. You will learn how to spot perfectionist tendencies, how to deal with stress and perfectionism more efficiently, and how you can help the people around you change to reach their full potential.
At the end of this course, there will be a multiple-choice, open-book quiz, which is designed to enhance your understanding of the course material.
