Course Outline
This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of engineering ethics and professional responsibility. The course covers various ethical theories, ethical decision-making frameworks, and codes of conduct for engineers. Students will also learn about the responsibilities of engineers to society, the environment, and their employers, as well as the consequences of ethical violations in the engineering profession.
At the end of this course, there will be a multiple-choice, open-book quiz designed to enhance your understanding of the course material.
