This course provides a state-of-the-art engineering resource for constructing light-frame homes, apartments, and townhouses. The course materials are based entirely on the Residential Structural Design Guide (2nd Edition) published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the 2012 National Design Specification (NDS) for Wood Construction and Supplement published by the American Wood Council (AWC).
