The 8th Edition (2023) of Florida Building Code, Building, took effect on December 31, 2023. This course provides an overview of the major changes included in this 8th Edition compared to the previous 7th edition (2020), and explains the rationale for the changes. Revisions are highlighted in yellow.
At the end of this course, there will be a multiple-choice, open-book quiz, which is designed to enhance your understanding of the course material.
